OVERVIEW
Working in Aerospace, Automotive, Mass Transportation and Fast Moving Goods, Steve has developed and implemented Lean Transformation Strategies, Leadership Development, Process Improvement and robust Project Management across all work levels and functions .
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Complete lean tools and techniques knowledge to instructor standards, specializing in Problem Solving, Lean Layouts, TPM, process and business visual controls. Steve has also held senior management positions at various companies to lead by example and coach/mentor the full time replacements to ensure full sustainment of process improvements implemented.
Steve has detailed knowledge over a 20 year period in machine and factory maintenance together with engineering and project management from Automotive, Rolling Stock and high volume manufacturing.
Combining all round knowledge of maintenance, engineering and production Steve has carried out improvement programs across the UK, Europe and North America over the last 15 years from shop floor to business level.
