Project 7 Consultancy is the preferred supplier of expert lean learning design, delivery and evaluation services to the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA) and Airbus.

The NWAA is delivering the Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence programme supported by the North West Regional Development Agency and three primes; Airbus, BAE Systems and Rolls Royce.

The programme is a highly structured and systematic approach to the development and improvement of companies operating in the region's supply chain.

The Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence programme provides both a benchmarking process to help companies understand their current strengths and weaknesses, along with services including mentoring, training and coaching which are designed to move companies towards World-class status.

Project 7 had previously supported the delivery on the internal Airbus Lean Leadership Academy and based on this success were the natural selection as the NWAA LLA Event Facilitation Partners.
