Paul has led the design, development and evaluation of Strategic Planning and Policy Deployment programmes for numerous World Class companies and is considered an expert in execution of Hoshin Kanri methodologies. Through 30 years experience as a senior business leader for Unilever and a 12 year development programme with the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, Paul is qualified to Advanced Instructor Level in Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Systems implementation. Paul is a published author in his area of expertise and is a featured contributor to government, public and private sector periodicals related to Lean Implementation [Public Services Review 19, 2009]

Executive Performance Coach

Paul is a qualified psychologist [BSc in Applied Psychology and Social Sciences] and Leadership Performance Coach [Diploma in Performance Coaching, NCFE]. Paul has designed and delivered Performance Coaching programmes in Europe, Canada and the US from Executive to Supervisor level for major corporations and also supports the development of apprenticeship training curricula with government and academic bodies. Instructional Design Specialist
