OVERVIEW
Working in the Automotive, Mass Transportation, Military Shipbuilding and Tobacco sectors Mark has designed, developed an unrivalled expertise in Lean Transformation Strategy, Management Performance Coaching and Instructional Design of Lean Culture Change programs.
Mark previously held a Senior Management position with Toyota Motor Corporation.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Complete lean tools and techniques knowledge to instructor standards, specialising in performance turnaround strategy and implementation. Mark also evolves existing best in class methodology creating world class systems and processes.
Working either internal or external to the client, focusing on business justification, with defined organisation structure for project teams. Project based planning approach with emphasis on driving projects into manageable and controllable stages ensuring flexibility at levels appropriate to the project.
