With over 20 years experience in Senior Management positions and the responsibility for Lean Business Transformation Programmes, John has gained extensive knowledge and respect working within many industrial sectors globally, namely Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Utilities and Food
He specializes in Lean Performance Turnaround Programmes, Project Management, Operations Management, Workshop Facilitation, Driving Cultural change and Executive Coaching.
John is a professionally trained Project Manager and his excellent track record of driving cultural change and delivering sustainable benefits to his clients, has enabled John to continually grow his products and offerings.
John has a degree in Business Management/Administration and also has French Language Capabilities.
John has Project Managed numerous high profile projects globally (Europe and North America), and combining his project management experience with project management systems knowledge (Prince 2 Practioner Qualified) is now considered to be an expert in the execution of leading successful projects.
His structured approach and project management ability has led John to lead the implementation of the Client Project Management process internally to Project 7 which is highly respected by our clients.
This approach has led to requests made by clients for John to design, develop and coach bespoke Project Management Process.
John's experience was gained whilst working for one of Europe’s leading Automotive manufactures. He held various senior positions within the organisation.
He has delivered many operation improvement programmes focusing on driving change through performance management and use of lean tools such as Policy deployment, Strategy in Action, PDCA, Process Confirmation, and Hour by Hour control.
During client engagements, John has taken various senior positions ranging from Deputy Site Director to Interim Operations Director responsible for developing Business Turnaround Strategies, leading the transformation and focusing on Business Key Performance Indicators.
Working very closely with our Clients on a day to day basis, John is viewed as an expert in both lean tool implementation and mentoring individuals through their professional journey.
His sensei approach to developing individuals has led to many individuals developing both professionally and personally. He has mentored individuals from Team leaders to Site Directors.
