Working globally in Automotive, Mass Transportation, Defense, Construction and Service sectors, Jeff has extensive experience supporting major and diverse organisations with the implementation of Lean Transformation, Strategy Development and Execution, Organisational Design, Leadership Performance Coaching, Project Management, Process Improvement and Recruitment.
With over 9 years experience at Toyota Motor Manufacturing (UK) and the benefit of 1-2-1 Japanese sensei coaching, Jeff has an unrivalled and comprehensive understanding of the Toyota Production System. His capability provides a range of deployment methods to develop bespoke solutions based on lean principles for business and people needs that deliver tangible outcomes in operational, front and back office arenas.
Jeff ‘s energy, enthusiasm and motivation supported by his extensive knowledge of the Toyota Way and the associated leadership behaviours, contributes to an excellent coaching and mentoring style that supports development needs. His strength lies within his ability to engage, build relationships and influence people from executive to operator level.
A Having operated across production, operations, supply chain, engineering and projects in multiple sectors; Jeff has developed a broad knowledge and expertise in the practical implementation and coaching of Policy Deployment, Visual Management Systems, KRA/KPI Deployment, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving, Standard Operating Procedures, 5S Workplace Organisation, Process Mapping, Quick Change Over, 7 Wastes, Process Confirmation and robust P.D.C.A. and Concern & Countermeasure methodologies to develop and improve any process.
A structured, well organised and proficient Project Manager both internally and externally; Jeff has experience and responsibility of delivering, leading and driving multiple lean projects to achieve cost saving and lean transformational change; previously responsibility for leading Machine Tooling Projects for the successful introduction of multiple new engine machining lines including creation of Standard Operating Procedures, Process Training, C.N.C. Programming, I.T.O., T.T.O. and Full Volume Production.
