Graeme is well rounded with diverse manufacturing and leadership background.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Complete lean principles, rules, tools and techniques knowledge to instructor and mentor standards. Specializing in Sales and Operational Planning, Policy Deployment and Performance Management strategy, implementation and sustainability. Graeme also evolves into instructor standard TPM (JIPM), Machine Reliability and Maintainability creating world class world class production business systems and processes.
Utilizing his extensive knowledge of lean principles and reliability disciplines, Graeme has designed and delivered senior and middle management coaching programs in Europe and the Americas for major corporations.
Using knowledge transfer techniques, Graeme is an expert in enterprise value stream design from greenfield and brownfield enterprises to operations down to individual cell flow design. He has extensive knowledge on total product lead time, takt time and dynamic buffer management, specializing in the associated tools, techniques and behaviors required to deliver sustainable performance.
