OVERVIEW
Working in the Automotive, Aerospace and Mass Transportation sectors Gareth has designed, developed and implemented Lean Transformation Strategy from Senior Management Level to Front Line personnel. Gareth specializes in senior interim leadership positions, leading transformation from the front.
Gareth previously held a Senior Management position with Toyota Motor Corporation, and is one of the worlds leading experts on the Toyota Way.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Complete lean tools and techniques knowledge to instructor standards, specialising in performance turnaround strategy and implementation. Gareth also evolves existing best in class methodology creating world class systems and processes.
Utilising his extensive knowledge of the Toyota Way, Gareth has designed and delivered Senior Management Coaching programs in the UK, Europe and United States for major corporations. Gareth has also conducted mentoring programs at multiple organizational levels.
Combining his Toyota experience and consulting portfolio, Gareth is an expert in process design, from blueprint operations to individual process design. He has extensive knowledge on total process Takt Time and Managed Buffer controls, specializing in the associated tools, techniques and behaviors required to deliver sustainable performance.
